In less than a day, I knew it was worth the money. This unit is great because it goes high enough to massage your shoulders. In fact,it has a seperate upper pad for your upper back and shoulders.

The rollers can be moved up or down using the the remote control. The lower rollers do a good job on the main back area. Both upper and lower have individual heat features, which are very soothing.

While probably as effective as my sister's chair, the SBM 500H is one-tenth the price! I mainly wrote this SBM 500H review because my shoulders and back have NEVER felt better!"
